The Story of our Work

Aurion was founded with the goal of building efficient, user-focused websites that balance visual design with functional engineering. From the start, the focus was on practical digital solutions built to operate reliably over time. This year also marked the release of the first version of BAX-Engine, a proprietary platform that became the technical foundation for future systems and continues to evolve.

Aurion developed the Auctioneer platform for a leading auction house in Cyprus. The solution combined a public-facing website for showcasing auctions with an internal system that managed real-time auction operations, including payment splitting between buyers, sellers, and the auction house. This project marked Aurion's early ability to build transactional platforms that connect external user interaction with mission-critical internal processes.

Aurion launched its first startup venture, Hayoman, an omnichannel platform for managing business and cultural events through a single web application. Users could explore, register, and track events such as conferences, exhibitions, courses, and gatherings.

Hayoman centralized event management and discovery, helping users coordinate participation and find relevant upcoming events.

Aurion expanded into dynamic websites supported by user-friendly CMS platforms and integrations with external services, giving organizations better tools to manage their online presence.

In parallel, Aurion began building larger portals and platforms across different industries, and supported startups by modernizing legacy desktop software into web applications. During this period, Aurion developed the WinWin Lottery platform — a solution combining a CRM, website, and operational tools designed to manage group lotteries efficiently.

Aurion expanded into a full digital marketing agency, moving beyond tailor-made websites to include landing pages, SEO, and campaign-driven digital marketing. This shift allowed Aurion to support clients not only in building digital assets, but also in driving traffic, visibility, and measurable growth.

In 2016, Aurion rebranded as Aurion Digital and shifted its focus toward large-scale digital transformation and enterprise systems. During this period, Aurion Digital began its long-term collaboration with Midroog, delivering secure public platforms and internal systems.

This work included building a new professional website, as well as developing tools such as the Redlight App and Wiz, which streamlined internal workflows and supported complex operational processes.

Aurion Digital co-founded Keepin, a GDPR-compliant contact management platform that transforms static contact lists into dynamic, user-controlled live contacts with real-time updates.

In parallel, Aurion Digital launched Tik-Tak on the Bexio marketplace, a time-tracking app for work, project, and absence time that integrates with business workflows.

During this period, Aurion Digital also extended Qlik BI capabilities for data/\bridge in Switzerland through web-based configuration and management tools, while continuing to deliver complex websites and applications across industries.

Aurion Digital co-founded LinQBio, a global biomedical network connecting professionals to foster collaboration and innovation.

The year also marked the success of Vimed, a digital network in Israel with 70% of physicians joining, enabling collaboration and career growth.

Aurion also delivered Ashantene, a platform supporting wildlife conservation in Africa with advanced dashboards and user-friendly tools, driving impactful global solutions.

Aurion Digital co-founded Apowiser, a digital health platform focused on structured self-care guidance. The platform delivers rule-based recommendations for vitamins, minerals, and supplements (VMS) and supports pharmacies with configurable over-the-counter (OTC) recommendation flows.

Apowiser provides configurable decision logic, conversational interfaces, and analytics tools, and is deployed in large pharmacy e-commerce platforms and major healthcare organizations, supporting compliant operation in regulated healthcare environments.

Aurion Digital co-founded Direct-Ice, a platform for the jewellery and diamond industry supporting inventory management, trading workflows, and marketplace integration.

During the same year, Aurion Digital delivered PSI, a CRM system for the Pharmaceutical Society of Israel, and Raz Clinic, a digital platform combining clinic management, patient support programs (PSP), and structured workflows for obesity treatment and ongoing patient monitoring.

Aurion Digital advanced Check Done, a productivity and task management platform designed for freelancers and small teams. The product focuses on structured task tracking, time reporting, and operational visibility, reflecting a shift from client delivery toward owned product development.

In parallel, Aurion Digital launched TheBio, a professional network for biotech and biomedical professionals, providing a focused environment for industry-specific connections, knowledge exchange, and collaboration.
