User Onboarding Process

To start using Tik-Tak, users first authorize access to their Bexio account to enable secure data synchronization.

After authorization, users configure basic preferences such as default views and tracking settings, and then select a subscription plan. Once onboarding is completed, Tik-Tak syncs the required structure from Bexio, such as customers, projects, and users, allowing teams to start reporting time immediately.

Tik-Tak includes a Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard that provides a clear overview of time-tracking data across users, projects, and periods.

The dashboard presents structured reports such as time logged per project, user activity summaries, and yearly overviews, helping managers understand workload distribution and project progress. Filters and breakdowns allow teams to review data at both individual and company levels.

CRM

Tik-Tak includes an internal CRM used to manage customers, users, content, and subscriptions across the platform.

The CRM provides administrators with tools to manage customer records, user access, landing pages, and billing workflows. Subscription payments are handled through Stripe integration, ensuring secure and consistent payment processing.

By centralizing operational management in a single system, the CRM supports day-to-day administration and reliable platform operation.
